Most people do not recommend using the current BitTorrent/uTorrent clients nowadays. You see a lot of uninformed people claiming 'uTorrent bad' with no actual evidence to why (because it is old somehow means it is automatically bad to these people) but the harsh reality that they are overlooking is that the vulnerabilities they falsely claim uTorrent 2.2.1 has are.
